Doctrine of the "at home residence of TLJC" in the Wisdom Compartment cont...

In the context of our study of the mandate for believer's prayer in the PPOG. . Phil 4:6; 1Thes 5:17;

We are considering the doctrine of the "at home residence of TLJC  which is found in Eph 3:17; as part of  Paul's intercessory prayer for believers to be empowered to advance in the Spiritual life. Eph 3:16-19;

We have looked at the Doctrinal Content that a believer with the "at home residence of TLJC" would have in their word storage, categorical storage and frame of reference,  the conscience,  the memory center and the momentum compartment of the Soul.

We are now considering the Doctrine related to the "at home residence of TLJC" in the Wisdom compartment of the Soul.

All wisdom and all knowledge are contained in Christ Col 2:3; so as the believer with the "at home residence of TLJC"  advances in Christ, they advance in wisdom.

Wisdom and spiritual understanding are characteristics of spiritual maturity because wisdom requires maximum availability of Bible Doctrine for application to the believer's experience. Prov 2:6;

Bible Doctrine in the wisdom compartment of the believer's soul is called "epignosis". Titus 1:1; It is Bible Doctrine which has has been received, understood,  believed and is now available to be recalled and applied to the believer's experience under the mentorship of God the Holy Spirit.

God, Who is Omniscient and All-wise, always makes perfect application of knowledge.

Believers, though not omniscient, can grow in biblical knowledge and in the making of proper applications of biblical knowiedge. 2Pet 3:18;

In the PPOG, proper application of divinely illuminated knowledge demand divinely imparted power. Eph 3:16;

The essence of wisdom is timing. The proper timing in the application of Biblical knowledge to experience is learned by believers who continue in the perception of the  Word of Christ.

When the Word of Christ is allowed to copiously reside in and freely circulate in the hearts of believers "The at home residence of TLJC", it results in right application of the Word with proper timing and in the power supplied by the Lord via the Spirit Col 3:16; cp. Eph 5:18;

Wisdom cannot be dissociated from Christ Jesus. He is  the personification of  the Wisdom and the Power of God Expressed Personally to believers. 1Cor 1:24;

God has made Him to be Wisdom for us 1Cor 1:30; and all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Him Col 2:3;

This wisdom from God is pure James 3:17;  and it is the wisdom  that was granted to Paul for the re-presentation of TLJC to the church. 2 Pet 3:15-16;.

It is wisdom  whereby  one who is growing in grace and in the knowledge of TLJC, can make accurate application of doctrine to experience.

This wisdom for every possible application of Bible Doctrine can be mastered by believers,  so that they are expert in the use of all of the available divinely-provided problem solving devices and able to meet, overcome  and prevail in every situation in life and in spiritual combat.

This  wisdom is worth having to the maximum possible capacity that God has given to each beliver by grace Eph 4:7;

Every believer has equal opportunity and the equal privilege Gal 3:26-28; to acquire God's wisdom. Prov 4:7;

Believers have a mandate in Eph 5:15 to be careful how they conduct their lives and to conduct themselves as as wise. not unwise.

This is only possible when Christ has shone on believers with the light of the knowledge of the glory of God that emanates from His face and that is reflected from the accurate exposition of the Word of God.  2Cor 4:6; Psa 119:130;

Maximum circulation of  the doctrine regarding TLJC provides the necessary environment in the soul for the at home residence of Christ. Eph 3:16-17.

Believers with sufficient epignosis doctrine  in the wisdom compartment of their soul to have the "at home residence of TLJC" execute the PPOG with accurate timely applications of that epignosis doctrine.

The renovation of the thinking by means of the power of God the Holy Spirit and the Word of God is  necessary  for the construction of the proper interior decoration of the believer's soul  for the "at home residence of TLJC"  Rom 12:2;  Eph 4:23;

 -

Some concluding principles regarding the "at home residence of TLJC":

Only when metabolized Bible Doctrine resides and circulates copiously in the heart (kardia) the dominant lobe of the mentality of the soul, does Christ reside at home in the believer's mentality.

Christ dwells at home (katoikeo) in the stream-of-consciousness when the believer reaches spiritual autonomy, the second stage of the adult spiritual life.

Spiritual Self Esteem >>> Cognitive Self Confidence

Spiritual Autonomy    >>> Cognitive Independence

Spiritual Maturity       >>> Cognitive Invincibility

 Eph 3:17 states that Christ is at home in the heart when the believer has been rooted

and grounded in love. This means that the believer is rooted in personal love for God 1Cor 2:9;  1 John 4:19) and established in impersonal love for all mankind (1 Thes 3:12; 1Thes 4:9; 1John 4:20-21).

Personal Love for God and Impersonal Unconditional Integrity Love for all mankind are the divinely-provided problem-solving devices initially deployed as the believer enters the adult spiritual life.  They are developed when the believer at spitirual self esteem has the cognative mental attitude of spiritual autonomy because of  their confidence in God because of the Bible Doctrine circulating in their soul.

Christ residing at home in the heart correlates with the believer's sharing of the happiness of God which is the next PSD to be deployed in Spiritual Maturity.

The at Home Residence of Christ is a precursor of occupation with Christ or personal love for Christ which is when Christ becomes the premier Object of the believer's personal love (Eph 3:19).

The believer advancing in the orientation envelope (grace, doctrine and authority orientation) and the  developoment of their personal sense of destiny leads to  the formation of the integrity envelope (Romans 5:5; 1Cor 13:13; which is composed of personal love for God and impersonal love for all mankind which precedes  the establishment of the  "at home residence of Christ" (Eph 3:17.

The believer with the "at home residence of TLJC" then begins to advance into the glory envelope with PSD #9(+H )and PSD #10 ( occupation with TLJC).

The believer's deployment of the problem-solving devices #1-5 (rebound, filling of the Spirit, faith-rest, grace-orientation and doctrinal orientation) precedes the development of their personal sense of destiny.

"+H" or the believer's sharing of the happiness of God is the ambiance of the soul of the believer with  the "at home residence of Christ"  John 15:11; Phil 4:4; 1John 1:3-4; 1Pet 1:8;

Occupation with Christ is fully realized in spiritual maturity (Phil 1:21) which is the

first of two strategic objectives for believers in the PPOG for the Church Age.

The second strategic objective in the PPOG for the mature believer, is the maximum glorification of God by the believer (Eph 3:21).  2Tim 2:10;

The sequence of the believer's advance in the PPOG can be described as follows:

PSD's #1-5 -> personal sense of destiny -> rooted and established in love ->

(at home residence of Christ)"+H" > Occupation with Christ -> Maximum Glorification of God [and being filled up to the full with the highest and best from God, Eph 3:19;

from the escrow blessings which God laid up for every believer with Christ in eternity past, Eph 1:3; Col 1:5,

God begins impute these blessings to believers in time as they reach spiritual maturity and these blessings  are conveyed to the maximum when the mature believer is in the state of  the maximum glorification of God, in time, while on this earth. John 15:8; 1Cor 6:20; Phil 1:20;

The full conveyance of the escrow occurs for the winner believer in eternity at the Judgment Seat of Christ, 2Cor 5:10;

Every believer in the Church Age is indwelt by Christ John 14:20; 2Cor 13:5; Col 1:27; but not every believer has the metabolized Bible Doctrine in the mentality of their soul necessary for the "at home residence of Christ".

For the believer to have  the "at home residence of TLJC"  requires the believer's persistent prioritizing of and  PMA of the Word of God under the filling and mentorship of God the Holy Spirit. John 6:63;

Christ resides at home in the right lobe of the mentality of the soul of every believer by means of metabolized doctrine. Rev 3:20-21;

Paul's prayer is that every believer advance in the PPOG by means of Bible Doctrine and the mentorship of God the Holy Spirit to the point where they have TLJC's thinking in their soul and thereby have the "At home residence of TLJC" Eph 3:17;

We have seen that Pauls intercession  recorded in this passage contains a request for the Ephesian believers to advance in God's plan for their life.

That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,

That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; (by means of Bible Doctrine)

That you, being rooted and grounded in love,

[that you] may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height-to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge;

That you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

These petitions in Paul's intercession are linked in a sequential progression, each  based on the former.

That being rooted and grounded in love -> Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith -->so you experience the love of Christ-->and are filled with all the fullness of God.
