Mark 11:22-25; The Doctrine of Faith Rest part 10 Faith Rest requires Humility, Professionalism and Integrity

In our study of Mark we are in Mark 11:22-25; where Jesus explains to His disciples the principles for the function of faith-rest and based on this we have taken up a study of faith-rest where we have seen that faith rest is essentially understanding, believing and resting in what God's Word tells us for the dispensation we live in and waiting for God to come through for us in His way and time.

When we stopped last time we were comparing arrogance and humility and had noted that humility was a prerequisite for faith rest because humility establishes objectivity.

Humility is established from authority orientation, grace orientation, and doctrinal orientation and establishes the necessary objectivity from truth for teachability.

We noted that humility is the antithesis of arrogance. It is the attitude that is produced by maximum metabolized doctrine circulating in the stream of consciousness of the soul. 1Cor 15:10; 2Cor 10:13; Rom 12:3;

Believers must have a foundation of humility because humility establishes a rational viewpoint from the reality and rationality of grace orientation and doctrinal orientation instead of the arrogance and irrationality from self-absorption and self-deception. James 4:6; 1Pet 5:5; Num 12:3; Isa 66:2c;

Humility establishes a modest sense of one's importance in life. It is the antithesis of the self-absorption that is the product of the demand syndrome from arrogance complex of sins that satan invented. Isa 14:14; and propagandized the woman into believing Gen 3:5-8;

It is a confidence, dignity and poise derived from grace and doctrinal orientation. Humility is related to the virtue that is produced by an accurate viewpoint that only comes from the maximum amount of all categories of metabolized doctrine circulating in the stream of consciousness.

The humility of the humanity of Christ in the dispensation of the hypostatic union establishes the precedence for the humility and grace orientation for Church Age believers.

Paul describes this in Phil 2:8, "And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross."

Paul starts this discussion with a mandate for believers to have this same viewpoint. Phil 2:5;

Humility is therefore the condition of the spiritual life where maximum metabolized doctrine or truth is circulating in the seven compartments of the stream of consciousness.

This circulation causes the garbage from human and satanic viewpoint that has been accumulated into the subconscious and the stream of consciousness from OSN control of the soul and living in the cosmic system to be removed and replaced by the grace and truth of Jesus Christ that is contained in metabolized doctrine. John 1:17;

Paul teaches this with the imperative of command in Rom 12:2-3; "Stop being conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renovation of your thinking, that you may prove what the will of God is, that is the divine good production, well pleasing to God and the status quo of maturity.

v3 For I say through the grace which has been given to me to every one who is among you, stop thinking of self in terms of arrogance beyond what you ought to think; but think in terms of sanity, as God has assigned to each one of us a standard of thinking (metron) from doctrine (faith)."

James teaches it with the passive imperative in James 4:10; "Start allowing yourselves to be humbled (passive voice imperative mood) before the Lord and He will promote you."

Remember we saw last time that the imperative mood is the mood of desire but is simultaneously the mood that is the farthest from reality.

God does not promote arrogant and self-absorbed people. Humility is a prerequisite for God's promotion. Humility cannot be separated from grace orientation, and none of these things become the viewpoint of the believer without the recall of God's Word through the function of faith rest.

Psa 25:9; "He guides the humble into what is right; therefore, He teaches the humble His ways."

Prov 11:2; "When arrogance comes, then comes dishonor; but with the humble is wisdom."

Prov 29:23, "A person's arrogance will bring him low, but a spirit of humility will attain honor."

Prov 29:25; "The fear of people becomes a trap but those who trust the Lord will be secure. Net notes 80,81

If God does not protect you, you are not protected. If God does not promote you, you are not promoted.

Recognizing and believing is an important part of the coordinating function of faith-rest. If you do believe it, then God's Word will become the most important thing in your life.

Recovery from reversionism, degeneracy, from garbage in the soul requires faith-rest application of God's Word.

Luke 14:11; "For everyone who promotes himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be promoted."

We are humbled through the law of volitional responsibility that is the natural consequences of sewing to the wind and reaping the whirlwind of divine discipline. Hosea 8:7; Gal 6:7-8;

We "humble ourselves" by using our volition to choose to be humbled through objectivity, teachability, and authority orientation that leads to the prioritization of the reception, retention, and recall of God's Word under the grace ministry of God the Holy Spirit. 2Tim 2:15;

The word translated "be diligent" is in the imperative mood... so it could be translated "start being diligent".

Humility establishes doctrinal orientation and the execution of the protocol plan of God for the Church. Promotion from God comes from doctrinal orientation and the conveyance of escrow blessings for time comes with promotion.

Prov 16:18 warns us that the greatest distraction to our spiritual lives and factor that limits promotion from God is the arrogance complex of sins. "Arrogance precedes destruction, and before a fall there is a lifestyle of arrogance."

Prov 11:2, "A person's arrogance will bring him low, but with the humble is wisdom."

2Cor 10:18, "For it is not he who promotes himself who is approved, but he whom the Lord promotes."

God only promotes prepared believers. Believers who have the problem solving devices up and running on the defensive perimeter of their soul so they are effectively preventing the outside pressures of adversity from becoming inside pressures of stress in the soul and they are using them to clean the garbage from arrogant and emotional sinning out of the subconscious mind.

You never clean out garbage by remembering the bad things that have happened in the past; you clean out garbage by forgetting those things that are behind and moving on and never letting anyone control or manipulate you with fear or guilt. Phil 3:13; Psa 51:4;

Humble people cast their cares on the Lord, forgive and forget. Arrogant people never forgive or forget and as a result they become bitter, vindictive, implacable and angry.

This is what happened to the first generation of the Israelite nation in the wilderness after they were freed from slavery in Egypt. They were free but they didn't have enough metabolized doctrine to be free.

They were free but they weren't really free because they still thought like slaves and in their thinking they never got past being slaves.

There are many in our country who have this same problem so generations after they have been freed they still act like slaves and many who are free will soon be slaves because they have lost the thought and now think like slaves.

Never forget that your thoughts determine your reality. This is why only the truth of God's Word can set us free. John 8:32; Free people are actually slaves if they don't think with the thinking of Christ because they have no capacity for true freedom.

No believer can pick up and carry the shield of faith through the function of faith rest without maximum metabolized doctrine circulating in the stream of consciousness.

The function of faith rest requires humility, professionalism, and integrity. Humility is the foundation that coordinates professionalism and integrity so that the believer glorifies God by their function in the grace policy of the PPOG.

Professionalism is the academic understanding of the technical mechanics of the protocol plan of God for the Church Age believer.

It is understanding the spiritual skills and how they combine to provide spiritual power for the production of divine good. Professionalism means learning, understanding, and believing the whole realm of Church Age doctrine.

Integrity is the virtue from spiritual strength to execute the mechanics of the protocol plan of God. It is the use of spiritual power from metabolized doctrine under the ministry of God the Holy Spirit to execute God's will.

This spiritual power and energy is only derived from the recall of metabolized doctrine as it circulates through the stream of consciousness under the ministry of God the Holy Spirit.

All spiritual growth and promotion is found in the spiritual strength to execute the mechanics of the faith-rest drill. You get your spiritual strength from the repetitive inculcation of the whole realm of doctrine. It is possible to know the mechanics but not have the spiritual strength from virtue to execute it.

While professionalism develops the ability to understand Bible doctrine, integrity is the capacity or spiritual strength to execute the plan and glorify God.

Professionalism without integrity is self-righteous arrogance or legalism. Integrity without professionalism is undisciplined emotionalism.

Adverse conditions require the application of metabolized doctrine with professional coordination with integrity on the foundation of humility. A right thing must be done in a right way for the right reason.

The distractions to faith-rest are self-absorption from the function of the arrogance complex of sins and/or reaction from the emotional complex of sins.

When arrogance or emotion takes over the command post of the heart is overrun and put out of action because the ten problem solving devices that protect the soul are displaced.

When this happens the demand syndrome is activated where we expect our wishes that are generally the lust pattern of the sin nature to be met and gratified.

Arrogant believers refuse to take the responsibility for their own decisions and operate in self-justification, self-deception, denial and they project or blame others for their problems.

They assign blame for their own bad decisions that are made from their own weakness to other people or circumstances. This results in living in a state of irrational unreality from self-deception.

Lack of niche orientation related to one's personal sense of destiny from living in protocol plan of God results in no capacity for prosperity from God's blessing.

Rejection of authority and control results in a constant lust for change. The purpose of the protocol plan of God is for God to control of your life through the application of His Word under the ministry of God the Holy Spirit, not change.

The purpose of the protocol plan of God is for God's will do be done in life but the response has to be from free volition, not from a change in personality or some system of manipulation.

The spiritual life is not about self-improvement and feeling good it's about character, integrity and self-discipline that results in obedience to God from one's accurate understanding of God's Word as it applies to the time we live on the earth.

The lust for change through human ability rejects God's grace policy and ignores the power options of the protocol plan of God (the filling of the Spirit and cognition of God's Word).
