2Chron 7:14; The doctrine of doctrinal orientation part 40

Youtube video:

2Chron 7:14; NET if my people, who belong to me, humble themselves, pray, seek to please me, and repudiate their sinful practices, then I will respond from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.

In our study we have been noting the consequences of the inversion of thought that is the product of negative volition to God's Word of truth and have been noting passages that describe the destruction of the Israelite client nations who compromised with truth with the result that they rejected God's Word.

We are looking at God's warning to the Northern Kingdom of Israel in Hosea 4:1-6 and in Hosea 4:6; we are noting the word translated "rejected." in the phrase... because you have rejected knowledge I will reject you from being my priest....

At the moment we are We are looking at e Jeremiah where we see the same events occurring in the Southern Kingdom of Judah about 150 years later.

We left off in Jer 9:7-8; NET Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts, "Behold, I will refine (Discipline) them and assay them; (Examine to remove the false thinking and or people) For what else can I do, because of the daughter of My people? (Members of My family)

v8 "Their tongue is a deadly arrow; It speaks deceit; With his mouth one speaks peace to his neighbor, But inwardly (His thinking) he sets an ambush for him.

The Lord would keep them in the furnace until the unclean thoughts were removed or they died the sin unto death under the pressure for of their refusal to repent because of their locked in negative volition and hatred of truth.

God uses military action not only for the defense of freedom but as a punitive measure to correct and or remove nations from the earth. The fifth cycle of discipline not only punishes evil but it purifies the earth by destroying those who refuse remediation and remain in opposition to God.

Any nation that has declined spiritually to the point of becoming degenerate and reversionistic has forfeited its right to exist. When the majority of the inhabitants in a nation are in reversionism and under the influence of evil apart from repentance, Divine retribution is inevitable.

Jer 9:9; "Shall I not punish them for these things?" declares the LORD. "On a nation such as this Shall I not avenge Myself? Net note 24

In this verse God adds a very interesting clause: "Shall I not avenge Myself on such a nation?" In this verse the word translated "nation" is "goi" referring to a gentile nation.

To categorize the Jews as a gentile nation was the worst insult possible. They were obviously on the verge of Divine excommunication because of their reverse process reversionism.

The complete significance of the term "goi" comes from other passages and actually confirms that the phallic cult aka the sex cult was fully operational in Judah.

The Jews had become irrevocably integrated into the deviant sexual practices of the Canaanites so like the Canaanites (Deut 20: 16-18;) they, would be taken out under the fifth cycle of discipline.

Jer 9:10-11; For the mountains I will lift up mourning (weeping and wailing and for the pastures of the open fields a song of lamentation because they are destroyed by fire so that no one can pass through them, nor hear the voice of the flock. The birds of the heavens fly away, and the cattle are gone.

v11 And I will make Jerusalem into a heap of stones, a den of jackals. And I will give the cities of Judah to desolation, (a heap of ruins) without habitation.

The only thing that will stave off the inevitable Divine discipline is a positive response to the communication of God's Word of Truth. 2Chron 7:14;

Like Israel and Judah our country has been blessed by historical grace that has been protected by the constitution that is based on Divine establishment principles but it is being destroyed by theological evil and reverse process reversionism.

Truth is not the social gospel, religion, or emotion it is not "getting involved," it is not human morality, or publicity gimmicks it is a spiritually mature pastor communicating the true message.

Jer 9:12; Who is the wise man that may Understand this? And who is he to whom the mouth of the LORD has spoken, that he may declare it? Why is the land ruined, laid waste like a desert so desolate that no on can pass through?

These questions indicate the necessity for a communicator to recognize, understand and communicate truth prior to national disaster.

A man may possess the spiritual gift of pastor-teacher; but if he is devoid of truth in his soul, he is disoriented to contemporary history and is therefore totally inadequate and ineffective with regard to the crisis in the nation.
