We are presently engaged in a study of satan's cosmic system, a system of arrogant demonic thinking that is comprised of lies and deceit from demonic viewpoint that since the fall in the Garden of Eden, separated from God in the darkness of spiritual death has become the viewpoint and basis for all conflict in the human race.
At this point in our study we are looking at satan's cosmic 2 system where irrationality, disillusionment and discontent from cosmic 1 arrogance metastasizes into hatred, hostility, antagonism and opposition to God, God's people, God's policy and God's plan. 1Cor 2:14; Rev 12:9;

We see from this that one of the major ways that satan's cosmic system controls people is through the manufacture of a public lie that is used to create a false narrative from a cosmic consensus that is based on the demonic viewpoint of anthropocentric academic speculation.

Num 16:41; tells us about the public lie that was manufactured against Moses.
After a year of vilifying Moses in the desert the falsehoods that were perpetuated by mental attitude sins, the public lie was accepted by all but a handful of the believers of the Exodus generation.
The public lie was hate filled propaganda fomented by arrogant and ambitious believers who lusted for the power that God had given to Moses and the honor, respect and approbation that Aaron received as God's appointed high priest.
The public lie against Moses included the irrational evil hateful propaganda that Moses had led the Jews out of Egypt to kill them off in the desert, Exod 16:3; Exod 17:3; Num 16:13; and that Moses would gouge out the eyes of anyone who opposed him, Num 16:14;
The public lie was motivated by negative volition toward establishment and doctrinal truth, scar tissue in the stream of consciousness, garbage in the subconscious of the soul, lust patterns of the old sin nature that resulted in persistent and consistent commission of arrogance and emotional mental attitude and verbal sins.
Negative volition and scar tissue of the soul created a vacuum into which flowed the public lie. Even though they were believers, their volition had created so great a vacuum in their thinking that they could say anything evil about Moses and people would believe it.
They considered God's Word of truth to be a lie, and the false narrative of the public lie created by evil propaganda of the conspiracy of Korah, Dathan and Abiram as the truth.
The believers of Exodus generation believed that Moses and Aaron were wrong and that Korah, Dathan, Abiram, and the 250 princes of Israel were right so they inverted their thinking and called evil "good" and good "evil." Isa 5:20;
Even after God had killed the evil leaders of the rebellion the deceitful lies of their evil hateful propaganda remained in the thinking of the Exodus generation to the point that they continued to be deluded into believing the public lie even after they had seen what happened to them. Num 16:32-35;
They remained so ensnared in the deception from their locked in negative volition that the teaching of Moses and Aaron had no impression on their thinking so the Jews decided that all they had to do was kill Moses and Aaron and their problems would solved.
This is the kind of pernicious evil that comes from the public lie. This same kind of pernicious evil propaganda that the mainstream media is using to deceive the self absorbed arrogant citizens of our country regarding our president, our constitution and the founders of our country.
The Israelites were so caught up in cosmic 2 hatred that It never occurred to them that they might be wrong so they misinterpreted the function of God's justice from the supreme court of heaven and did not change their mind in spite of God's clear demonstration of truth.
This negative volition ultimately resulted in the entire generation except for Caleb and Joshua dying during the 40 years of wandering in the desert. Num 14:26-35;
