The judgment seat of Christ part 1

Phil 1:29; For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also on behalf of Him to suffer,

Heb 9:27; NET And just as people are appointed once to die once and then to face judgment,

Rom 8:28; We know that to those who Love God, those who are called according to His purpose God works all things together for good.

Eph 2:8-10; 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

James 1:12; Happy is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.

Rev 3:11; I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have so that no one can take away your crown. NET note 45

2Cor 4:1-18; Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we received mercy, we do not lose heart,
2 but we have renounced the things hidden because of shame, not walking in craftiness or adulterating the word of God, but by the manifestation of truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4 in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
5 For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your bond-servants for Jesus' sake.

6 For God, who said, "Light shall shine out of darkness," is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves;

8 we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing;
9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed;
10 always carrying about in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body.

11 For we who live are constantly being delivered over to death for Jesus' sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh.
12 So death works in us, but life in you.
13 But having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, "I believed, therefore I spoke," we also believe, therefore we also speak,

14 knowing that He who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus and will present us with you.
15 For all things are for your sakes, so that the grace which is spreading to more and more people may cause the giving of thanks to abound to the glory of God.
16 Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day.

17 For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,
18 while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Last we finished our study of Smyrna the base of the pivot for client nation SPQR. We noted the last phrase in Rev 2:10 is " I will give you the crown of life." This brings up the conveyance of eternal rewards at the evaluation of the believer aka the judgment seat of Christ

The judgment seat of Christ or the evaluation of believers executed the plan of God during their physical life in the devil's world occurs after the termination of the Church Age.

It follows the receiving of a resurrection body. All believers receive a resurrection body but that is where equality ends and the reward for what the believer did with their freedom begins.

The purpose of the judgment seat of Christ is stated in, 2Cor 5:10, NET "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; so that each one of us (believers in God's royal family) may be paid back what is due him for the things accomplished while in the physical body whether good (agathos) or worthless or evil (phaulos)."

If the believer conducts their physical life on the earth in time under the influence of the OSN in satan's cosmic system their accomplishments are described by the word (phaulos) that means bad, worthless or evil.

If the believer conducts their physical life on the earth in time under the influence of God the Holy Spirit inside God's spiritual power system their production is categorized by the word (agathos) that means intrinsic good.

The purpose of the judgment seat of Christ is the evaluation of each believer's life on earth between salvation and their departure by physical death or the exit resurrection.

The gain or loss of reward and blessing above and beyond the resurrection body is determined by your free volition after salvation. Your choice regarding whose system you lived in during your life in the physical body on the earth determines gain or loss of reward, 1Cor 3:11-15.

Loss of reward at the judgment seat of Christ does not imply loss of salvation, 2Tim 2:11-13. "if we endure" is persistence and function inside God's spiritual power system. Enduring is the Greek word "hypomeno."

This is God's plan for the Christian life, consistent, persistent residence and function under the ministry of God the Holy Spirit inside His power system. And if you persist in making decisions consistent with God's Word of truth after salvation there will be reward in the eternal state.

"If we deny" a better translation is "if we refuse or say no" to God's power system; "he will also refuse or say no us (no rewards)."

This passage is not discussing salvation. Eternal security is one of the gifts from God at the moment of salvation through faith in Christ and God's gifts are irrevocable. Rom 11:29;

What God does for us cannot be lost, cannot be changed, and cannot be removed. Eternal security depends upon the immutable integrity of God while confidence toward God depends on the integrity of the believer that depends on the believer having doctrinal viewpoint.

Failure to live in God's spiritual power system may destroy the believer's confidence in God but that failure can never destroy the believer's eternal security. Therefore the principle of 2Tim 2:11-13;: eternal security is permanent and cannot be destroyed by the believer's failure.

Confidence in God is a motivating virtue that is lost when the believer resides and functions inside satan's cosmic system but the principle of eternal security: is never ever an issue at the judgment seat of Christ because every believer is eternally secure. John 10:28; 1Pet 1:3-5;
