The book of Romans part 308; spirituality

https://youtu.be/gxMR05Xsgbo

In our study of Romans we are between chapters 7 and 8 where last time we started a topical study of spirituality.

Last time we noted that spirituality and carnality are mutually exclusive absolutes. If you are filled with the Spirit you are not committing sin, or out of fellowship but if you are in satan's cosmic system you are not spiritual.

The believer is only spiritual when the Holy Spirit controls his soul, and that is how he lives inside the God's spiritual power system. The believer is described as carnal when the old sin nature controls his soul with the result that the believer lives inside satan's cosmic system.

God doesn't do something partially. He either does it, or He doesn't do it at all. God the Holy Spirit either completely controls your soul or He does not.

The believer can be described as a protocol Christian when he resides inside the God's spiritual power system. The believer can be described as a cosmic Christian when he resides in satan's cosmic system.

The believer who is in fellowship with God is described in two different ways. He can be described as spiritual in the sense that the Holy Spirit controls his soul because he resides inside of God's spiritual power system.

He can also be described as a protocol Christian in the sense that, when he is residing in God's spiritual power system, he is precisely executing God's protocol plan and gaining momentum from the PMA of Bible doctrine.

If two believers are spiritual you cannot say one is more spiritual than the other because any believer who is filled with the Spirit is filled as much as any other believer.

There is a relative concept of the Christian life is based on spiritual growth from the PMA of Bible doctrine, or lack of growth from ignorance of or rejection of Bible doctrine.

Spiritual growth is the relative concept of the Christian life. Spirituality, the absolute concept of the Christian life begins at the moment of salvation. At the moment we believe in Jesus Christ we are filled with the Holy Spirit and instantaneously entered into God's spiritual power system.

Six of the ministries of God the Holy Spirit at salvation are permanent and irrevocable. They never change no matter how much our experiential status may change.

Efficacious grace is where God the Holy Spirit takes faith in Jesus Christ alone and makes it effective for salvation.

Regeneration occurs when God the Holy Spirit creates a human spirit in the new believer for the imputation of eternal life by God the Father.

Eternal life is imputed to the human spirit, John 3:1-6; Titus 3:5. The Holy Spirit is the agent of the new birth.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit, Acts 1:5; 1Cor 12:13; Eph 4:5; enters us into union with Christ as a new spiritual species and a member of God's royal family. Gal 3:26-27; Gal 4:6-7;

The Holy Spirit indwells us to provide a temple for the indwelling of Christ, 1Cor 6:19-20; 1Cor 3:16.

The sealing of the Holy Spirit is when He stamps His seal on us so we can never lose our salvation. Eph 4:30, Eph 1:13; 2Cor 1:22; God has put a seal on every believer because every believer belongs to Him.

Every believer has a spiritual gift, 1Cor 12:11.

Only the filling ministry of God the Holy Spirit is temporary because it is experiential so maintaining it depends on our volition to choose to persist inside God's spiritual power system.

Contradictions cannot exist in God's protocol plan for the Church so the first personal sin we commit after we are saved puts us back under the control of the old sin nature inside of satan's cosmic system. Recovery requires the acknowledgement of any known personal sin to God the Father. 1John 1:9;

An analogy of position and power explains how God's spiritual power system works.

Position is the believer living inside God's operational spiritual power system. The believer enters God's spiritual power system by being filled with the Holy Spirit. Personal sin takes you out of the God's spiritual power system confession of known sin rebounds you back into God's spiritual power system.

The concept of power is the Holy Spirit controlling the soul that is synonymous with the filling of the Holy Spirit. At any given moment either the Holy Spirit or the old sin nature controls the believer's soul because spirituality and carnality are mutually exclusive.

That means that there are two concepts of spirituality. First is the believer residing inside the God's spiritual power system; second is the believer utilizing the power of the Holy Spirit when the Holy Spirit controls his soul.

"Being spiritual" refers to the believer in the absolute status quo of the filling of the Spirit. A believer is spiritual when the power of the filling of the Holy Spirit is the Holy Spirit controlling the believer's soul.

The spiritual skill of the filling of the Spirit is the function of the Holy Spirit related to the believer residing inside of God's spiritual power system. The adjective "spiritual" has several meanings depending on the noun it modifies. It can be used to refer to a believer filled with the Spirit or to a believer who has attained spiritual adulthood from the PMA of doctrine.

Since we are filled with the Spirit at salvation, why are we commanded to keep on being filled with the Spirit in Eph 5:18? It is because the first time we commit personal sin after salvation, we lose the filling of the Holy Spirit even though we are irrevocably indwelled by the Holy Spirit.

In the status of post-salvation sinning, God the Holy Spirit still indwells our body, but He does not control our soul that means He does not control our life. The filling of the Holy Spirit is recovered through the function of the rebound technique, 1 John 1:9.

Being restored fellowship with God the Holy Spirit through rebound means that we recover the filling of the Holy Spirit and that restores us into life inside of God's spiritual power system.

The purpose of the filling of the Holy Spirit is for the perception of Bible doctrine, the execution of God's protocol plan, and the glorification of God as an invisible hero in our physical body in the devil's world.

The Holy Spirit given to every believer because the cognition of Bible doctrine and the execution of the protocol plan is impossible with only human perception, even though a person may be genius. 1Cor 2:14;

The unbeliever is in spiritual death and the believer out of fellowship is in carnal and cosmic death so no natural human can properly understand God's Word. The filling of the Spirit is required for humans to properly understand anything about God.

The Holy Spirit provides the divine omnipotence, the divine perception that is the enabling power that is required to properly understand, analyze and apply God's Word of Truth.

The filling of the Spirit is an absolute state. At any given moment the believer is either filled with the Spirit or carnal. The filling of the Spirit and carnality are mutually exclusive. The cognition and inculcation of Bible doctrine that results in the various stages of growth is he relative concept of a person's function in spirituality.

A carnal believer or believer in Christian degeneracy cannot lose his salvation. The forty things God gives to every believer at salvation can never be cancelled by the failure of the believer.

2Cor 3:3; describes a concept of imitation in the spiritual life because the spiritual believer imitates the function of the humanity of Jesus Christ in the dispensation of the Hypostatic Union.

Spirituality is described as imitating God, 2Pet 1:4. Eph 5:1, "Therefore, become imitators of God as beloved children." Without the filling ministry of God the Spirit It is impossible for believers to become imitators of God.

The carnal cosmic believer imitates the unbeliever. You cannot distinguish between the unbeliever and the believer out of fellowship. Carnality and reversionism is the believer imitating the unbeliever, 1Cor 3:3; Gal 5:19-21; 1John 1:6;

When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you imitate the humanity of God the Son inside God's spiritual power system. We are letters of Christ read by men when live our life filled with the Holy Spirit.

A believer in carnality commits personal sins just like an unbeliever does so when a believer is carnal the believer acts just like an unbeliever with similar old sin nature trends.

A believer can commit any personal sin that an unbeliever can commit. The Christian way of life is a supernatural way of life that must be executed by a supernatural power. That power is the filling of the Holy Spirit.

Anything an unbeliever does is not spiritual so it is not the Christian way of life. Spirituality is exclusively the function of the believer's royal priesthood. The believer filled with the Spirit is not subject to the Mosaic Law because he is under a higher law that is called the law of Christ or the law of the Spirit.

Therefore, spirituality is not subject to the Mosaic Law or the Levitical Priesthood, Gal 5:18,23; Rom 8:2-4; Rom10: 4; Rom 13:8.

The filling of the Holy Spirit completely fulfills the Mosaic Law. The Law condemns but the filling of the Holy Spirit produces the character of the humanity of Christ in the dispensation of the Hypostatic Union, Gal 4:19; Gal 5:22-23; 1John 2:5-6; The Mosaic Law requires a spiritual life to fulfill it.

The filling of the Spirit is what distinguishes the production of divine good from dead human works. Any good thing done without the filling of the Spirit is classified as a dead human work.

The spiritual believer produces divine good that is classified as "gold, silver, and precious stones" in 1Cor 3:12,14. The carnal cosmic believer produces dead works that is classified as "wood, hay, and stubble" in 1Cor 3:12,15.

The filling of the Holy Spirit distributes epignosis spirit taught doctrine to the various compartments of the believer's heart, the right lobe of the soul.

The filling of the Holy Spirit also recalls doctrine in the frame of reference, so that new doctrine can be built upon doctrines that have already been learned. This is why the filling of the Holy Spirit is necessary to learn doctrine.

Filling of the Holy Spirit results in: residence, momentum, and function inside the God's spiritual power system under the enabling power of the Spirit that can be classified as the Church Age believer in partnership with the Holy Spirit, Eph 4:3-4; Phil 2:2.

Cognition of doctrine, John 14:26; John 16:12-14; 1Cor 2:9-16;

Imitation of the humanity of Christ as He functioned in the dispensation of the Hypostatic Union, Eph 5:1; Gal 4:19; 5:22-23;

The glorification of Christ in the body, John 7:39; John 16:14; 1Cor 6:19-20;

Christ being magnified in the inner life of the believer, Eph 3:16-17; 2Cor 3:3; Phil 1:20-21;

Guidance and assurance from God's Word regarding God's protocol plan for your life, Rom 8:14-16;

The true function of worship in the Body of Christ, John 4:24; Phil 3:3.

The production of divine good, 1Cor 3:12-14; that results in; effective witnessing, Acts 1:8; and effective prayer, Eph 6:18.

Without the filling of the Holy Spirit, there can be no contentment, no personal sense of destiny, no occupation with Christ, and therefore no tranquility in life.

Under the law of volitional responsibility, grieving and quenching the Holy Spirit guarantees a life of self-induced misery that result in eight principles of unhappiness that are caused by the failure to be filled with the Spirit.

If you are not content with what you have now, you will never be content with what you have in the future. Contentment is based on the filling of the Holy Spirit and inculcation of Bible doctrine so you cannot have contentment without the filling of the Holy Spirit and inculcation of Bible doctrine. Luke 11:28;

Contentment is based on capacity for life from Bible doctrine and the filling of the Holy Spirit. Contentment is not based on human success, prosperity, or wealth.

Discontent metastasizes into malcontent. If every wish, dream, and desire of your soul were given to you without the filling of the Spirit and Bible doctrine, you would still be miserable.

The only true happiness in life comes from capacity for life. Capacity for life and happiness depends on the filling of the Holy Spirit and cognition of Bible doctrine. "The fruit of the Spirit is happiness."

God provides capacity for life and happiness at each stage of the believer's spiritual advance and growth through the filling of the Spirit and metabolized doctrine in the believer's soul.

Progress in God's protocol plan means that the filling of the Holy Spirit balances the capacity for what you possess with the enjoyment of what you possess.

Capacity for life increases with spiritual advance. Capacity for life comes from the filling of the Spirit combined with metabolized spirit taught epignosis doctrine in the heart, the right lobe of the soul.
